Ingredients

    1 bunch of Kale chopped (stems removed)
    1 bag broccoli slaw
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. dried cranberries

    Dressing
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice and zest of one orange
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
    3 Tbs. maple syrup
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Make dressing and marinate over salad x 4 hours.
