    Preheat the oven to 350. Thaw out crust according to directions.
    Cut the sausage into small pieces and brown in a skillet. Set aside.
    Micowave the potatoes until tender. Then dice. Add to a skillet. Spray with cooking spray. Season with pepper and garlic. Spray as needed and cook until crispy.
    Beat together eggs and milk. Season with pepper and garlic.
    Put pie crust in pie plate. Add potatoes, sausage, cheese then pour egg mixture over the top.
    Cover edges of pie crust with foil. Bake 35 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 5 minutes more, or until center is set. Make 8 servings.
