Yum--I used salsa instead of mexican diced tomatoes and also because I was subbing a second can of pintos for the refried beans and mashing. The whole family raved about this recipe--tho they did top it with cheese and had Fritos with it. - 4/20/08

  • I used turkey breast instead of the ground turkey. I was very pleased that the refried beans made the soup taste creamy without all of the fat. I will need to see if I can make this in a lower sodium version. It tastes good. - 10/26/15
