Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 bell pepper diced fine or grated
    1 med yellow onion diced fine or grated
    1 cup old fashion oatmeal
    2 large eggs
    3 T ketchup
    1/2 c skim milk
    spices of your choosing (pepper, garlic, tarragon, rosemary, thyme are all good choices)

Tips

Can glaze with whatever you like not in calorie count


Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Dice or grate bell peppers and onion. Mix all ingredients together. Put 1/4 lb of mixture into each muffin cup. Bake 25 minutes . Can be frozen and reheated.
