Introduction

I like to keep some cooked meat on hand to mix with leftover vegetables or whatever, for a quick paleo meal. It really helps me to stay on the diet when I don't feel like cooking. Ingredients

Stew beef, bone broth, garlic, tallow, a splash of wine, salt and pepper to taste.

Tips

For a quick meal, just add any leftover vegetables, or have the meat with a salad. You can add more broth to make a stew if you like.

Directions

Melt the tallow in a pan, when it's hot, brown your beef a little at a time until it's nice and crispy looking. Meanwhile, smash the garlic with a big knife, and mince it. Toss in the garlic, and add the other ingredients, bring to a boil. Lower to simmer and cook until the beef is very tender.
