    -Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    -Onion, raw (1 large)

    ##Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 4 oz (remove)
    ##Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe, 4 slice (remove)

Directions
