Introduction
This makes a very fluffy, light flavored frosting that is great for piping. Made this for my neices birthday party and everyone loved it. Ingredients

5 Tbsp White Flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
Tips
*Any Coloring should be added to the base while cooking to ensure that it does not affect the outcome of the frosting.
*Butter must be rooom temperature..... do not microwave it to soften.
*I am going to try to make this using cocoa in with the sugar and butter
*Another variation I'd like to try is cream cheese in place of the butter. Might be interesting for Carrot Cake.
Directions
Blend Flour and milk in a pot and cook while whisking until the mixture thickens. Cool this base.
Cream the sugar and butter together until creamy and fully incoporated. Add the fully cooled base and continue to blend until it is fully incorporated and the consistency of whipped cream.
Serving Size: Makes enough to frost 18 regular cupcakes or 36 mini cupcakes
