Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1/8 cup of chopped walnuts
Tips
To make healthier could change out white flour for alternative flour and change sugar for 158ml of honey.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a pie pan.
In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the center of flour mixture.
In a small bowl combine egg, mashed bananas, sugar and oil. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients all at once. Stir until just combined. It will be lumpy. Fold in walnuts. Spoon batter into pie pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack at least 15 minutes and then cut into 10 even pieces.
