Ingredients

    1 pie crust
    5 large eggs
    1/2 cup milk (2%)
    1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
    1 ham steak cubed (12 oz)
    10 Asparagus Spears Chooped
    1/2 cup Onion Chopped
    1 tsp olive oil

Tips

This is my first time writing a recipe so please bare with me :)


Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Saute Olive oil, onions, asparagus and ham together until softend (about 10 minutes).

Mix eggs and milk together in a seperate bowl.

Add cheese to the bottom of your pie crust then spoon in the ham/asparagus mixture on top. Now pour the egg mixture over the ham/asparagus/cheese mixture and Bake for 40 minutes.


Serving Size: makes 1 9" Pie
