Introduction

When cutting up a pineapple or melon freeze all leftover fruit in chunks for creating a great and quick smoothie. When cutting up a pineapple or melon freeze all leftover fruit in chunks for creating a great and quick smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half a cup of pineapple (I have mine frozen)
    Half a cup of melon (again frozen leftovers)
    A cup of spinach - or to taste
    Peanuts in the shell - I use 6 peanuts but can be any nut
    Soya milk to come about halfway up ingredients

Directions

I use my Nutribullet but using any liquidiser or blender:

Put all ingredients into container and blend.

Delicious!
