    1 onion
    1/2 bulb garlic (2 Tbls)
    1 pound ground chuck
    Add
    3 cans petite diced tomatoes
    3 Tbls chili powder
    1 Tbls cumin
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    1 can beans (pinto or kidney)

    Simmer 1 hour

Directions

Sauté onion and garlic
Add and brown g round meat
Simmer 1 hour or use slow cooker
