Ingredients

    3 CHICKEN BREASTS SLICED IN HALF
    1 CHOPPED ONION
    2 CANS ROTEL MEDIUM TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILES
    2 TABLESPOONS HONEY
    1 1/2 TSP CUMIN
    1 TSP RED PEPPER
    1/2 TSP CINNAMON
    1/2 CUP NATURAL JIFF PEANUT BUTTER
    3 CUPS COOKED BROWN RICE

Directions

put all ingredients except the peanut butter in the slow cooker on low for 5-7 hours remove chicken shred it add peanut butter return chicken and add over the rice

Serving Size: 1 breast half and 1/2 cup rice
