Ingredients

    - 8 Large Eggs
    - 1/3 Cup of Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Kraft Cheese
    - 1 cup of chopped broccoli (bite-size pieces)
    - 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
    - 1 medium onion, chopped
    - 1 clove of garlic, chopped
    - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    - 1/4 cup of milk

Tips

Let cool for 5-10 minutes


Directions

- Chop broccoli in bite size pieces for easy cooking
- Chop white onion and green onion
- Chop Garlic
- Warm frying pan, add olive oil
- Stir-fry vegetables until tender (leave green onions on the side)
- In a separate bowl, crack 8 eggs
- Add milk
- Mix eggs and milk with hand-held electric mixer
- Add cooked vegetables, stir
- Fill egg mix in the muffin pan (yields 12)
- Spread cheese evenly on top of each individual egg muffin
- Top with green onions
- Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until done
