Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz. fresh yakisoba noodles
    2 c. frozen stir fry vegetable mix
    10 thawed raw shrimp
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    2 teaspoons hot chili oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 oz cashews or peanuts

Directions

1. Heat up sesame oil in a large pan.
2. Fry shrimp and frozen vegetables. Add hot chili oil and garlic.
3. Add noodles. (Please note that many fresh varieties of noodles require them to be briefly refreshed in hot water.) Fry a bit.

4. Add soy sauce and cashews. Fry until done. Add more chili oil to taste, or season individual portions with chili oil or hot sauce of choice, such as siracha.

Serving Size: 4 dinner portions
