Introduction

Super Oats Pancakes, gluten free and tasty! Super Oats Pancakes, gluten free and tasty!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tbsp milk
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1 cup Super Oats Chia
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
    1 pinch of salt

Tips

Can add in more cinnamon and/or nutmeg for taste


Directions

Whisk together eggs, vanilla, milk and applsauce. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Heat nonstick skillet/griddle on medium-low. Whisk together wet and dry ingredients. Scoop batter with 1/4 cup, cook until lightly browned on edges and bubbly then flip.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (4 pancakes each)
