Introduction
I got this recipe from HealthierLynn, but I used ground beef instead of ground turkey, and I added a few things, so here it is with my additions! Ingredients

1- Pillsbury Pizza Crust
1- 14oz Jar Ragu homemade style pizza sauce
1- large can of mushrooms (1.5 cups)
1- small onion, diced
1- lb (96/4) Extra Lean Ground Beef
1-serving turkey pepperoni (about 16 small slices)
2 cups (8oz) Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
Directions
Brown meat in a non-stick pan. Drain grease, and wash with HOT water to get all the grease out, then return to skillet. Add diced onions, and any spices you want, cook 2-3 minutes until onions are a little tender. Stir in pizza sauce and drained, canned mushrooms, then cook until heated.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Unroll the pizza crust dough and press into the bottom of the pan and halfway up sides of baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Add layer of turkey pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes. Add cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Makes 6 servings.
