Ingredients

    5 egg whites
    1 tsp skim millk
    1/2 cup of green and red peppers
    1/4c onion
    1/4 c Kraft Fat free mozzerella cheese

Directions

scamble the egg whites and milk in a bowl.
Put all of the veggies in a non stick pan.
Next put the scrampled egg whites in the pan on Medium.
as the eggs are almost done cooking put the cheese in the middle and allow it to complete the cooking process.
