Tips
Yield and serving size of this recipe may vary. It is a quick and easy main course and good with a salad and a small serving of garlic bread. Whole Wheat pasta may be used, turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and fat free half n half.
Directions
Boil macaroni according to package directions. In a skillet, add bacon and butter and melt; add chopped onion or onion powder. (I used fresh onion)
Add cream, parmesan and tomato paste to skillet and heat on low until the cheese. Add macaroni and season to taste with salt and pepper. Additional grated parmesan cheese may be added, if you desire.
