Ingredients

    Oatmeal (plain), .25 cup dry (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., .5 serving (remove)
    Polaner All Fruit Strawberry Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed (remove)
    *Organic Sunflower Seeds, Raw, Unsalted, .16 cup (remove)

Directions

Combine oats and water and cook in large microwave safe bowl for 4 minutes on 50% power.
Add in remaining ingredients and a splash more water if desired and heat for an additional minute.
