Introduction

Very versatile, sub what you have on hand for the meat and add vegies if desired Very versatile, sub what you have on hand for the meat and add vegies if desired
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 C. chopped ham
    .33 c. crumbled bacon
    2 c. cheddar cheese, divided
    Grand biscuits
    salt and pepper to taste (i don't add salt if ham or bacon is included)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up each biscuit into 6ths. Beat eggs and milk, stir in rest of ingredients, reserving 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased 8x12 pan. Bake 25 min. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top for last 5 min.
