Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 small banana
    1/2 cup mixed berries frozen
    2 tbs ground flax seed
    1 tbs rice protein powder

Tips

I like to have mine in the morning after Yoga. It seems like a reward for working hard!


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. 1/2 cup ice can be added if wanted. This is very filling!
