Ingredients

    4-5 chicken breasts (I cut mine in half)
    1 cup of Lundenberg brown rice
    2 cans of cream of chicken soup
    1 15 oz chicken broth, low sodium
    16 oz carrots cut or baby
    16 oz green/yellow beans
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

mix soups, onion, garlic, black pepper, stir in rice, layer chicken, then veggies. Close crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hrs I turned my crock pot on high for the last hour
