Number of Servings: 2


    Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 8 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Plum Sauce, .25 cup
    Soy sauce , low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Ginger Root,3 tsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves minced
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Water, .25 cup


1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat; brown chops about 2-3 minutes on each side;

2. Add plum sauce, water, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder and hot pepper sauce to skillet

3. Cover tightly and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

Serve over rice. Serves 2
