Ingredients

    Tomato, Roma, 8 oz.
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp.
    Bread Crumbs, 0.33 cup
    Cheese, .33 cup, shredded

Tips

I use what ever kind of tomatoes I have. So the serving size will be different on every making. This time I used my Roma tomatoes as that is what I had and they were starting to get soft. You can use larger size if you want. You can also use what ever cheese you want. My dad use to make this all the time. Calories will change on tomato and cheese.

Slice tomatoes
