Introduction

Ingredients

    • Beef, round steak
    • Carrot - raw, chopped
    • onion raw, chopped
    • Garlic cloves
    • Tomato chopped canned
    • Vegetable Stock Cube
    • Hot Pepper Sauce
    • Worcester Sauce
    • White Rice, short grain or long grain
    • Olive Oil
    • Broccoli - Fresh
    • Cinnamon/ Paprika/ Bay leaf/ and fresh thyme.

Tips

It's better to use half cube of the stock, and half cup of the tomato sauce and half cup of sugar free read grapes juice for lighter and sweeter taste. Bon appetit :D


Directions

- In a hot pan, put your beef slice, sprinkle salt and pepper over it and wait two minutes till it turns to brown, then flip it on the other side and repeat the process.
- Remove the beef from the pan, leave it for couple of minutes to rest and give out its juice.
- Put the chopped carrots, onions and garlic cloves in the pan and move gently for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato, vegetable stock cube, bay leaf, paprika, cinnamon and fresh thyme to the veggies.
- Add the meat slice after cutting it to slices or cubes.
- Start cooking it slowly for two hours, then remove the bay leaf and the thyme.
