These are a Super Bowl Party Favorite and no one can tell that most of it is low fat.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pkg. lil Smokies
    2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (low fat)
    2c. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tbsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Sea Salt
    6 tbsp. Unsalted Real Butter (melted)
    2/3 c. 1% Milk

Tips

Great with a marinara sauce or low fat Ranch dressing for a dip.


Directions

Mix Flour, Baking Powder. salt, butter, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead dough for about 5 minutes. Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2 1/2"x3" sheets. Place Lil Smokie and a tbsp. of cheese on a sheet and seal by folding the dough over the meat and cheese and using a fork to seal the edges. Bake at 450 Degrees for 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 30 serving size 4.
