Ingredients

    3/4 c milk
    2 T lemon juice
    1 egg
    2 T canola oil
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1 c. white whole wheat flour
    2 T sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1 t poppyseed
    1 t lemon zest

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Cook on griddle.
