Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 cups brown rice, long grain cooked
    3 cups lean pork roasted , diced
    1 cup celery, raw, diced
    1 cup onions, raw, sliced
    1 cup Green Pepper (bell pepper) stripss
    1cup Carrots, raw, strips
    2 cups Cabbage, fresh chopped
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce ( less sodium use low sodium)

Directions

In a large pot add 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat. Then add all vegetables and stir until vegetables are tender, add pork and soy sauce and stir for an additional 2 minutes. Add rice and combine with a fork until everything is well mixed. Serve. Makes 10 servings.
