Ingredients

    .75 lbs steak, sliced into strips and pounded thin
    1 large onion cut into large pieces
    1 broccoli crown, florets cut into bite size pieces
    4 oz fresh mushrooms, cut into quarters
    3/4 c water
    2 T soy sauce
    1 pckg Sunbird beef and broccoli seasoning packet
    2 T oil

Tips

You can add any combination of vegetables you like. And use light or low sodium soy sauce.


Directions

Mix water, seasoning packet, and soy sauce in bowl. Set aside.
Cut the steak strips into more managable bite size squares.
Heat oil in large skillett.
Add beef and stir fry until browned.
Add onion and broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in seasoning and water mixture and add mushrooms.
Toss to coat. Let cook 1 minute more.
