Ingredients

Pork
I can get my pork already chopped up from my grocery store.
Cream of chicken soup
fresh roasted green chili's - I get my from my farmers market, if you don't have one, you can use the green chili's out of a can.
water
garlic cloves
Tips
If you like hotter foods add more green chili's, or less hot decrease the amount of green chili's. after you make it once you will know what you want to cut back on. Depending on how think you want it is all about how much water you put it in. If you want thicker green chili use less water, and more water for thinner green chili.
Optional- you can add tomatoes
Directions
chop the pork into cubes and then brown in olive oil
While your pork is cooking, take your roasted green chilis and garlic and dice them or put them in your food processor or I use my Ninja and just process until you get the consistancy you want.
In a sauce pan add your green chili's, cream of chicken soup, and water to pan and heat over medium heat, when your pork is cooked and it to the sauce pan with the other ingredients. I simmer mine for about 30 minutes.
**I buy the fresh roasted green chili's from a farmers market, if you don't have one of these the can green chilis are fine too.
I eat mine with just a tortilla. You can put it on burritos and taco's too.
