Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup organic brown rice
    3 cups almond milk (substitute coconut water, cream divided)
    2 each: apple, pear, chopped
    PC Burbon Vanilla paste (1/4 tsp or to taste)
    pinch of sea salt

    chia and hemp seeds as a topping

Directions

bring rice, chopped fruit, liquids and salt to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally.

After 60 minutes, add vanilla paste and cook 2 minutes more. Fold in coconut cream.

Top serving with chia seeds, hemp hearts and a bit more almond milk. Delicious for 3pm cravings!

Serving Size: makes 5 servings; approx 1 cup each
