    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 16 oz
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    2 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Motzzarella Cheese
    1/3 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
    4 Eggs
    1 cup Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted,
    Parsley or Oregano

Directions

Mix everything together. Put in greased deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.
