Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 large zuccini
    1/2 stick butter
    salt
    pepper
    2 packages frozen pre cooked mussels
    2 packages frozen pre cooked seafood medley
    white cooking wine
    lemon juice

Directions

For the Zoodles:

Spiralize your zuccini (can also just julienne them)
Set aside

For seafood:
Add butter, white wine, lemon juice and pepper to pan.
Add all seafood.
Sautee until heated through.
Place contents of pan in large serving dish/bowl

Melt 2 tbs of butter in a pan with pepper
Add zoodles, toss in butter until coated and heated through. Be careful not to cook for too long, as they become mushy quickly and release a lot of water. If needed, drain excess water after cooking them.

Combine with seafood and serve.

Serving Size: makes (roughly...) 8 2-cup servings
