Ingredients

    Alaskan King Crab, 5 oz
    Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Fettucini, 2 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Basil, .3 tbsp
    Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 1 tbsp
    Brummel and Brown Vegetable Oil Spread with Yogurt, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp

Directions

Clean a crab leg. Measure 5 ounzes and cut into bite sized peices. Reserve remaining crab meat for another use.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, do not rinse

Spray PAM into nonstick skillet and heat to medium heat. Add chicken stock, onions, garlic, basil and red pepper. Saute until the onions are translucent. Add the King Crab, FF sour cream and FF half and half and heat thoroughly. Add the spinach and when wilted, remove pan from heat and stir in the pasta and 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.

Makes one serving.
