Ingredients

    SALAD
    1 small head cabbage (6 cups, shredded)
    3 medium carrots (grated, or peeled)
    2 celery stalks (diced)
    2 tangerine (cutie)
    3 small scallions (diced)

    DRESSING
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp TJ's Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
    1/2 garlic clove (minced)
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp fresh thyme (minced)
    1 tsp honey

Directions

Shred one small head of cabbage
grate or peel 3 medium carrots (without skin)
dice 2 medium celery and 3 small scallions
Peel and remove membrane from 2 tangerine, split into sections and cut in section in half.
Add all above ingredients to a large bowl.

In a mason jar or small jar with a lid add:
Olive Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Mustard, Thyme & Honey.
Put on lid and SHAKE IT!!!

Pour on salad and toss. Serve immediately or chill for later
