Ingredients

    I package boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderlions
    1 pkg frozen SOuthwestern blend vegetable mix
    1 can fire roasted salsa style tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced green chilis
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    cumin
    garlic powder
    chili powder
    paprika

Tips

Can serve over rice, not included in calorie count


Directions

Place chicken in crockpot. Season with spices of choice. I used garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Throw frozen southwest blend veggies on top. Rinse black beans, throw in pot. Dices jalapeno pepper throw in pot. Pour fire roasted style tomatoes on top. Pour in can of diced green chilis. Add some more spices if desired. Lightly stir top layer of veggies. Cook 4 hours on high to 6 hours on low
