    large container of spinach
    one large sweet onion
    one large red pepper
    one elephant garlic
    3 T organic coconut oil
    Seasonings

Directions

put coconut oil in saute pan on medium heat
while the oil gets hot, cut up the onions and garlic and put them in
put in peppers then put in spinach
finally, when everything is getting cooked, add the tomatoes
let flavors meld and dish up
