Introduction
If you're looking for a cookie that tastes like a pile of sugar with some raisins thrown in, this is NOT for you. If you have an urge for cookies and want a completely clean sugar-free version without the guilt, give these a shot! Ingredients

6 ripe bananas - mashed
3 cups Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
3/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
2 (1.5 oz. boxes) Raisins
Tips
The more ripe the banana, the sweeter the cookie. I used slightly browned bananas.
Directions
1) mash bananas in a large bowl
2) add the remaining ingredients and mix well
2) using a large pampered chef melon scoop, fill scoop to LEVEL and place on baking sheet (these cookies will NOT spread). Press each cookie to 1/2" with a fork.
3) cook 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
4) remove promptly, let cool for 1-2 minutes, then remove from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 3 dozen 2" cookies
