Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 large can of kidney beans, rinsed
    1 large can of black beans, rinsed
    1 can of corn
    I large onion chopped
    1 large pepper chopped
    2 cans of delmonte diced chili tomatoes
    tsp of cayenne pepper (or more if desired)
    tsp of chili pepper (or more if desired)

Tips

Garnish with sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese


Directions

sautee ground turkey
Pour all ingredients into crockpot- with a half a cup of water

6 hours high or 8 hours low
