Introduction

This raw soup turned out really good and should keep us full. This raw soup turned out really good and should keep us full.

Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    1 Red Pepper - chopped in quarters
    15 or so mixed cherry type tomatoes
    1 Can of coconut water
    1 Garlic clove
    Sliver of onion
    1 TBL honey - raw
    1 TBL Coconut oi
    sprinkle of ghost peppers to taste
    Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

No cooking....prepare veggies and toss into Vitamix. Cook until warm....about 2 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 large bowls for main course
