This meatloaf is very good-- almost exactly how I have always made my meatloaf with ground beef! I added chopped bell peppers, celery, and onion, and a tsp. of minced garlic. Also, as others have mentioned, I used a little Worstershire sauce & brown sugar with the ketchup. Delicious! - 11/29/10

Good Recipe. Quick and Easy. I made two smaller loaves and cooked for about 30 minutes. We ate one right away and froze one for the following week. Thanks for the great recipe. - 5/13/09

Deeeelicious! I halved the recipe and added minced garlic, parsley, pepper and Sriracha sauce. Instead of ketchup, I used a squirt of some roasted red pepper dressing and substituted bread crumbs for some stale chips I had in the cupboard. I would use less water next time. Definitely a repeat though - 4/2/11

Delicious! I used oats instead of bread crumbs. Next time I would cut down on the water, as it made it quite mushy and unable to shape into a loaf, so I baked it as patties instead. - 2/18/11
