Introduction

Gluten free, dairy free, yummyness! Gluten free, dairy free, yummyness!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 mashed banana
    1/8-1/4 C honey (depending on how sweet you like them)
    1/3 C coconut flour
    1 Tsp. Vanilla
    1 C shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    4 Tbls. Coconut milk from can or jug (or Almond milk)
    1/2 C pecans for sprinkling on top before baking


Directions

pre-heat oven to 350
grease an 8x8 pan with coconut oil or olive oil
Mix first 5 ingredients first and then after well mixed add in coconut and milk, pour in a 8x8 pan and sprinkle pecan's on top lightly pushing them into batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around edges and solid in the middle. wait for them to cool, slice and enjoy or freeze later for easy to grab snacks!
