5 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp almond extract
dash salt
1 egg
Tips
This has a tendency to crumble. The crumbs are good, however!
Directions
Line cookie sheet with parchment
Cream sugar, butter, salt, extract.
Beat in egg.
Stir in flour.
Form into 8 balls. Flatten if desired
Bake 15 minutes
Let cool before handling.
If desired sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
