Ingredients

    1 cup sweet potatoes-cubed
    1 cup butternut-cubed
    1 onion-sliced
    1tsp thyme
    1tsp parsley
    1tsp-basil
    1tsp brown sugar
    1tbsp olive oil
    0.5 cup water

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 150 degrees Celcius
Place all vegetables on baking dish
Add condiments
Add salt to taste
drizzle with olive oil
Add the 1/2cup of water
Put into prepared oven for 45min-hour
