Introduction

I saw a recipe for this on Instagram, but it was just an ingredient list. These measurements seemed to work out well and I love it because I don't eat mayo. Ingredients

    1/4 cup simply balanced greek yogurt, nonfat plain
    1 large egg, hard-boiled and diced
    1 dill pickle spear, diced
    1/2 slice of red onion (.36 oz)
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp dried dill
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a small bowl and eat as is or in a sandwich. Bread not included in recipe because everyone uses different kinds and I thought that would make it easier to track. :)

Serving Size: Makes enough to fill one sandwich with a little left over.
