Ingredients

    12 Barilla Lasagne Noodles
    1 (15 O.Z.) Container of Frigo Fat Free Ricatta Cheese
    1 Egg (Eggland's Best)
    1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp of Oregeno, Crushed
    1-(10 O.Z) Frozen Chopped Spinach (Thawed)

    1/4 C of Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 C of Ragu Traditional Sauce
    13x9 Pan


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degree's
Spray 13x9 pan with non fat conoila oil
Boil Water as specified on Lasagne noodles and cook noodles for 8-9 minutes.
Put frozen Chopped Spinach in microwave and defrost the time specified on package. After Defrost, drain spinach in clean kitchen towel, very well.
In med Bowl: Mix Riccata Cheese, Spinach, 1TBLS of Ragu,Garlic Powder, Oregeno, & Egg.
Spread 1/4 cup of riccata cheese mixture onto each lasagne noodle. Roll -up, put lasagne roll laying flat on the side into the 13x9 pan. Put remainder of 1/2 cup of ragu on top. Cover with aluminum foil & Cook for 30 minutes. Add 1/4 cup cheese to the top of 2 stuffed noodles and cook for additional 10 minutes or until melted. Leave sit for 10 minutes.
