Ingredients

    1 can Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 3 oz
    1 tablespoon Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Apples, fresh, quartered or chopped
    4" Strip of chopped/diced Celery, raw
    Dash of Salt
    1 Teaspoon of Black Cracked Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning spice
    1 30 Calorie Rice Cake, Toasted

Directions

Mix together drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped apples and celery, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning.

Toast rice cake in the oven under broiler or in toaster oven for a minute or two til warm.

Spread the tuna salad on top of rice cake.
