This is a fantastic chicken salad. It is very user friendly so you can increase/decrease the ingredients as you like. I use no low fat ingredients as these might have extra carbs. Ingredients

Low Carb Chicken Salad
3 C. Boiled, cooled, shredded chicken breast
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 C. Sour Cream
4 T. Ranch Dressing
1/4 C. toasted and chopped (not sliced) almonds
Tips
Increase or decrease wet ingredients depending on your tastes.
I didn't add salt.
Directions
Set aside cooled and shredded chicken.
Mix all wet ingredients together then mix well into the chicken.
Add the almonds last.
Add any other ingredients you like.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Eat in a sandwich, in a salad, or just as a snack.
