Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    1 large onion chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 head cabbage chopped
    2-14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, chili flavor and plain
    1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
    1 cup of chicken broth
    1 can black beans rinsed
    1lb ground lean turkey

Tips

Add more chicken broth if desired. Soup ingrediants absorb the liquid quickly.


Directions

saute Turkey & onions in oil, till no longer pink. Add garlic and cook another minute.
Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, can black beans rinsed salt & pepper to taste and 1 tsp greek seasoning.
Simmer for about 45 minutes on low heat
