Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked,
    Mushrooms, cooked,
    Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), 0.5 cup
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), .33 serving
    *Wright (Sams Club) Naturally Smoked Applewood Bacon (2 pcs), )
    *Garlic (1 clove),
    Butter, unsalted,
    Heavy Whipping Cream,
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese,
    Cauliflower, cooked
    Sour Cream

Tips

shell and devain the shrimp first. or use a whole head on shrimp.


Directions

Grate cauliflower into a bowel and mix in sour cream and a little cheese place in a bakeing dish and bake for 25 mins a 450. mean while fry bacon and remove from pan save the grease and fry your veggies in it starting with the fresh garlic and ending with mushrooms. then add your shrimp when shrimp are cooked add butter and then cream mix well and the stir in cheese leaveing some left for the cauliflower to top it.
